Monday 10 July: Rest – Optional – gym strengthening and conditioning.

Tuesday 11 July: 8 km easy Starting PROMPTLY at 6:30 pm at Newlands Cricket Stadium. Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced. (Hilly Run)

Wednesday 12 July: Optional 90 min easy

Thursday 13 July: 8km easy Starting PROMPTLY at 6:30 pm at Newlands Cricket Stadium. Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced. (speed work, fartlek, tempo)

Friday 14 July: Rest – Optional – gym strengthening and conditioning

Saturday 15 July – Optional – 5km Parkrun at Rondebosch Common, Green Point Park, Fish Hoek, Century City, Bellville (8am) Please visit the website www.parkrun.co.za to register for more info.
