Congratulations to all the Central Beginners in successfully completing their 12-week program!
It was indeed a great achievement for our beginners to graduate to their first 10km race at yesterday’s Ommiedraai Race in Kenilworth. Thank you to all the coaches who selflessly gave of their time in assisting these new members in reaching their goals.
Well done and congratulations to all members who took part in both the 5km & 10km race on Sunday.
Thank you to everyone for the support, for the wonderful treats at the gazebo and for once again maintaining the true CENTRAL FAMILY SPIRIT.
The beginners will now work towards their new goal of finishing their first 15 km at the Stragglers Beachcomber 15km on 2 December 2017.
We will be launching a new 12-week Beginners Programme next week with the graduation Race being the RCS Gugs Reconciliation race on 16 December 2017.
